Dr. Emma Brooks

As a former Chattanooga local, Dr. Emma Brooks is thrilled to be back and practicing in the beautiful city she calls home. Graduating Cum Laude from UTC with her Bachelor of Science in Biology she went on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. While she loved the city of Knoxville, she is excited to be back in her hometown and joining the amazing team at Northgate Animal Hospital. While Dr. Brooks has many interests within veterinary medicine, she is especially passionate about the management of osteoarthritis, fear-free preventative care and ultrasonography. She is dedicated to compassionate patient care with strong client communication and education in order to develop the best plan for the longevity and comfort of each of her patients. In her spare time, she loves to go on hikes with her two dogs, cook big Italian style meals and explore local music scenes around the city. Dr. Brooks is an avid traveler and looks forward to planning her next trip abroad. Her most recent trip was to Peru where she did a four day hike along the Inca Trail outside Machu Picchu!
